I am Terje.I am a software engineer and I write about software engineering, programming, and technology in general.I am also interested in politics, history, religion and other things, so you might see those topics coming up occasionally.

It is very important that you understand that I do not write about politics, religion or other topics to convince you of anything.I write about these topics because I find them interesting and I want to share my thoughts and ideas with you.I do not expect you to agree with me, but I hope that you will find my writing interesting and thought - provoking.

Mosst importantly, I think free speech is essential for a healthy democracy.One of the important aspects of execising free speech is that it allows for the exchange of ideas and the critique of government policies.Part of that is to have a critical view of power structures.Nobody is beyont ctiticism, and I fe it as a civic responsibility to criticise, and even mock power structures.That means I have zero respect for political and religious ideas, institutions, leaders and figures.Nobody is beyon criticism or mockery.Once we allow ourselves to be censored to the point where mockery is no longerallowed, we are participating in the destruction of democracy.
